The March 1969 issue of the German magazine Du, featuring the first appearance of Bruce Davidson's photographs of Harlem, which were later published in his 1970 photobook East 100th Street. A vivid portrait of Harlem's residents and of the neighborhood.

Softcover, 310 x 260 mm. First edition, 1969. Black & white photographs. Gravure printing. Text in english and in german. A little worn at the corners and edges. Some tears to edges of spine and on back cover. Otherwise solid copy. Reproductions very well preserved. Collectible.
