First edition, first printing. Published on the occasion of the 1998 exhibition "William Eggleston" at the Marion de Beaupré Gallery. Features 31 tipped-in images on four-color plates that reveal each caption when lifted. Captures the essence of the photographer's dye transfer mastery. 

 

Softcover. Matt white wrappers, saddle-bound, with tipped in four-color plate (Eggleston's "Cigarette Machine") on cover; 24.5 x 19.5 cm , additional die-cut wrapper with duotone image ; the whole contained in a clear vinyl envelope printed with title in black and sealed with a printed sticker. The book is in very good condition. With minimim sign of worn on the vinyl envelope, the book inside is in almost perfect condition with no sign of defect. Very scarce. Great book to collect!
