Desaparecidos, by Fernando Fujimoto (Lima, 1977), presents shapeless, veiled and marked images, with hardly any figurative presence. The nature of the book, which resembles a folder of documents, frames the reading. In this empty space, the images suggest a fading and an antiquity, but the traces only imply the appearance that something passed through them.
