According to the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum the real prononciation of 新川次丕 is Shinkawa Tsuguhi and not Arakawa Tsuguhiro.
A brilliant series by this unknown Japanese photographer who passed away at sea on September 9, 1972. This book, published by his family one year after his death, is a posthumous homage and is split into two parts. The first part features a series of gloves photographed in the tradition of the Chicago School, while the second part is a mix of documentary pictures and avant-garde photographs, completely in the spirit of the provocative era.
We don't know how many copies was made but it's very difficult to get one
