This beautiful portfolio shows a series of highly coloured photographs of young american "independent student" photographers of the fifties. Each photographer, avant-garde artist, developed his own way of doing photography, using different processes (serigraphy, typography, silver gelatin print, print on tracing paper,...). Among them, some who would later become renowed artists : Ray Metzker, Harry Callahan, Aaron Siskind and more.
